You will usually receive your treatment plan within one hour during our current opening hours as below:

Monday to Sunday: 10am - 4pm


 

Over 90% of our patients are able to collect their medication from their local pharmacy within 2 hours of receiving their treatment plan. If there are any anticipated delays over 2 hours with your selected pharmacy, then we will usually email you to let you know.

Please note that if you have completed your assessment near our closing time, we will do our best to review your assessment the same day where possible. We, however, may not be able to arrange your prescription at the pharmacy until the next morning as this process usually takes longer.
